Fill with warm water to the top of the logo on the side of the SinuClease cup which equals 1/2 cup of water. Then mix one saline packet with the warm water to make a hypertonic solution. For a milder isotonic solution, use 1/2 packet.

Please Note:
It is recommended to use sterile, distilled, or boiled water in irrigation devices to prevent the introduction of impurities into the nasal and sinus passages.

  I also make my own saline solution (reliable):
  Mix two cups warm water and one tsp. uniodized salt and 1/2 tsp. baking soda.
  I then use about 1 cup for each nostil.
