•   Wooby - 4/21/12 17:27 pm Only requires a little bit and my hair stays perfectly all day. And I can brush out my hair during the day and the style still holds. No smell, no dangerous chemicals. What's not to love.

The companyIPharmaceutical Specialties Inc.) that manufactures Free and Clear also makes a line called Vanicream. These are the only styling products that actually work and do not bother my sensitive skin. I have very thick hair so I use the styling gel and then the firm hold hair spray to get the desired look. The products work beautufully together.

•   Darlene - 3/8/11 9:13 am I have long natural curly hair. I have a formaldehyde allergy and couldn't find anything to use in my hair until I found "Free & Clear" gel. I absolutely love it. You only Need a minimal amount and it controls the frizz.

•   Angie - 2/14/11 20:54 pm Finally! A truly scent free gel, which itself is just fantastic, but it actually works nicely in my hair. No greasy feeling, no stickiness, not too stiff. My hair tends to get frizzy, and this gel helps smooth that. All that, and I didn't get hives after using it. Thank you to the makers of entire Free and Clear line!

•   beverly - 8/26/10 23:33 pm I absolutely love the Free & Clear hair styling gel, hairspray, and shampoo! The Free & Clear brand is definitely fragrance and chemical free. I would highly recommend these products to anyone but especially to others who are sensitive or allergic to scented or perfumed products. It is great to find "free" products which also make your hair very manageable. These are the best hair products I've ever used. All allergy doctors need to know about this brand.

•   Martine - 6/7/10 18:45 pm Absolutely no fragrance, which is like a miracle. Maybe not the super stiff hold that ridiculous hair like mine needs in high humidity, but quite serviceable under normal conditions.

And no more suffering from scents/allergies for me. My hair is thick. This is a softer gel and doesn't leave my hair in clumps/stiff when it dries. I love it.
