The 1 lb. bag treats approximately 150 sq. ft. 

Just apply to carpets and some furniture fabrics every two to three months.

Apply the moist powder by brushing it on upholstery and carpeted surfaces.

When dry, remove the dry carpet cleaner by vacuuming.

•   Christy - 5/1/11 15:49 pm I bought this primarily to treat my bedroom carpet to reduce dust mites. I only had one complaint and that was the hours that I had to wait to vacuum it up (and keep it traffic free).
