All commercial/wholesale returns require a Return Authorization (RA) Number. To obtain an RA, please contact an associate at (877) 627-8775. Once an RA Number has been assigned, it should be referenced on all packages that are sent back to National Allergy.
All authorized returns must be sent with shipping/freight pre-paid. The goods must be in the original packaging and in new, sellable condition. We will not accept any products that have been discontinued by National Allergy. Upon receipt of the return, our customer support department will inspect the goods. If they can be returned to stock, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
