Instructions

To Install:

Remove plastic wrap and paper insert. Do not cut or remove cardboard frame.

Insert filter into the opening in your HVAC system with the arrow on the frame pointing towards the blower motor.

3M Filtrete recommends changing this allergen furnace filter every three months.

If you run your HVAC fan continuously to maximize the reduction of particles in the air, you may need to change the furnace filter more often.Back To Top ↑

  •   One month User - 10/28/12 23:34 pm I moved into a new apartment and every time enter, I felt the smell from the Kitchen cabinets (Indian, Spicy kind) and Carpet cleaning products. Though the product said Pet Odor Control and I don't have pets, I went ahead and ordered this product. When I received, the packaging didn't have the word 'Pet' it it and it was just Odor control. The other concern was the amount of carbon on the one side - it was very less - like sprinkled particles.. So, I saved the package - in case if I had to return it. I ran the AC/Fan for half day and the results were Amazing!!! All the smell is completely gone and no trace of it. I will happily re-order it.

    The packaging said the effectiveness goes down fast if you use Candles, sprays etc - I don't use them anyways. I think the quality of the Carbon is better - The package says the absorption rate is higher than competitive products - I have used a few others and I believe so. It is worth it.
