Description

The Thera-Med Sinus Headache Cold Pack is shaped to cover the sinuses above and below the eyes to bring targeted, non-drug relief. Use cold therapy for pain or swelling due to sinus infections and the facial pain, swelling, and headaches that go with them. This cold pack can also be folded lengthwide to be used for migraine pain.

Instructions

Store in the freezer between uses so it will be ready when you need it.

Apply the soft, blue side to your face for 5 to 10 minutes.

Flip to the white side for maximum cold for 20-30 minutes.

Repeat every 2 hours or as directed by your physician.Back To Top ↑
