Store in freezer - ready to use when frozen.

Apply the soft, blue side to the body for 5 to 10 minutes.

Flip to the white side and apply the maximum strength side to the painful area for up to 20 minutes.

Repeat eavery two hours until the apin or swelling is relieved or as directed by your physician.
