•   Wendi - 10/28/11 13:50 pm I am allergic to everything, but not to this product! I LOVE it!! I have used it for many years and am really pleased with it. It not only cleans well, it smells good and it kills any mold in my clothes, and in my wash machine. I can not say enough good things about it. I would get a rash from any other detergent that I used. No rash from this product. No harsh smells or chemicals. Trust me, this product works great. 5 big stars!!!!

•   Lori - 10/28/11 12:06 pm I have used this product for the past 5 years with no problems and excellent results. I recommend it particularly if you have chemical sensitivity or health problems caused by mold. It is very mild but powerful. Love the smell of it and how my clothes look and feel after washing. The complete list of ingredients on the label, includes CitriSafe Botanical Blend. Since I am highly reactive to mold and to anything that contains chemicals, I called the company to find out exactly what CitriSafe Botanical Blend meant. It is a mixture of fruit seed extracts such as lemon, lime, orange and tangerine.
  
  CitiSafe Laundry Liquid also keeps my front-end washer clean and safe from mold, a notorious problem for front-end washers.

•   Derek - 8/2/10 3:34 am My wife and I have used Citrisafe's laundry detergent (and many of their other products, as well) for years and we've been quite satisfied.
  
  I have severe chemical sensitivities and she is allergic to mold, among many other things. We'd tried just about every laundry detergent on the market, but unfortunately, the products that helped me didn't work for her and vice versa.
  
  It wasn't until we found the CitriSafe detergent that we finally got some relief. Now we wash all of our laundry, from her delicates to my workout clothes to our bedding, in it.
  
  Neither one of us can smell anything but "clean" on our clothes now and we very much recommend it to anyone else with allergies and/or chemical sensitivities.

It's frustrating because the ingredients listed are vague and could be a number of things." I agree that the company should state definitively what's in their product, since it's recommended for those of us who have allergies. But I believe the primary ingredient is grapefruit seed extract. It also has tea tree oil. I have severe allergies to molds and numerous other things, but I have used this product successfully for a couple of years. My guess is that you're allergic to either grapefruit seed or tea tree oil. My only complaint with the product is that the actual ingredients are not listed. For those of us with allergies, this is a problem.

•   Kim - 7/6/10 12:09 pm I have used this product for over a year and absolutely love it. I use it for all my bed linens and personal clothes. Never had any issues with this product and love how you only use a very small amount in the wash. I highly recommend this product.
