I wanted to find a soft cotton blanket and this one fit the bill. It's thin enough that I don't feel smothered, and soft to the touch so it's a pleasure having in on my skin.

chris - 4/6/11 19:28 pm son diagnosed with severe tree pollen and dust allergies. went whole hog and purchased what people recommended. didn't think i needed this but said what the hay. love it. incredibly soft. now i have to buy his twin sis one. washes great. and he is finally laying flat and not sitting up while he is sleeping. cannot say enough about this company. i'm thinking about buying me one also.
