DermaSmart garments have been used in two separate studies involving nearly 80 patients with serious skin conditions. The key clinical finding of the second study was that nearly 3/4 of all the patients felt that the DermaSmart garments reduced their itching. In addition, nearly 2/3 reported that DermaSmart had better moisture transport ("perspiration removal") than cotton, and 77% reported that DermaSmart felt better than the cotton.
