Randy - 1/25/12 13:04 pm These have controlled snoring and swelling due to allergies for me. There is a short time required to adjust to the expander in the nostril, but after that it is well worth the effort. I remove the connector piece for better insertion. I always keep an extra pair around for travel. Well worth the money and medications are eliminated.

Alice T - 9/4/11 21:29 pm I was skeptical about these, but Breathe Right strips are so expensive, I thought I'd give them a try. They were more comfortable than I expected, but they seemed to work mainly by making me sneeze and making my nose run a lot, thereby clearing some of the congestion. They were a bit difficult to insert as far in as they need to go, but I think I got the hang of it. They usually came out within a couple hours after I went to bed, though.
