The Nickel Solution Kit by Athena Allergy is a revolutionary new product that allows anyone with an allergy to nickel to wear their favorite items with out fear of irritation. If your jewelry causes a red, itchy rash, this can help! This unique 2-part system detects nickel in metal items and then protects you from nickel contact.

Two Step Process:

• First, use Nickel Alert to test for the presence of nickel so your skin does not have to! Nickel Alert quickly, easily and safely tests jewelry and other metal items for the presence of nickel. It is so sensitive it will even detect nickel in trace amounts. Just place two drops of Nickel Alert on a cotton swab then rub the metal firmly for 15-30 seconds. If the swab turns a pink-red color then nickel has been detected.
• Now use Nickel Guard for protection as it forms an invisible micro-bond with the metal to keep you from nickel contact. Just brush a thin layer of Nickel Guard's proprietary clear coating to the item and let dry. Apply a second coat for extra protection. Nickel Guard eventually wears off so test regularly with Nickel Alert and when you see pink on the swab, you'll know it is time to reapply Nickel Guard. Nickel Guard is safe and easy to use and will not harm even your most valuable items. And unlike clear nail polish, Nickel Guard does not contain Toluene, Formaldehyde or Dibutyl Phthalate, which can cause secondary contact dermatitis.
