Add two swish stix or one 7.5-gm. refill saline packet to the 8-oz. bottle to make a hypertonic solution.

Use 1/2 to 1 swish stix or 1/4 to 1/2 packet per 8 oz. bottle for a milder, isotonic solution.

Use an isotonic solution regularly for maintenance of healthy nasal passages and sinuses or if you prefer the milder solution.

•   Tyler - 4/14/10 17:15 pm I love this product! When I have a cold, I use it three times a day. The angled bottle is very easy to use. I also take this on vacation with me. Europe may be beautiful but everyone smokes!
  
  I does take a while to get the hang of it. It feels a bit like water going in your nose at the beach. The results are instant and relief is on the way!

•   runandwin - 12/29/09 21:03 pm We have been doing nightly nasal rinses for my 6 year old son for about a year now. We purchased this item about two months ago. This is the first angled bottle we have used, we have always had a standard bottle in the past. In general I'm pleased with this bottle, but I gave the product 4 stars because it is hard to use when the volume of saline in the bottle is 1/4 of the bottle or less.
