•   Bernard - 4/3/12 10:31 am I am most happy with this product. Purchased one for the bedroom and one for the living room. Easy controls. No programing. Just turn the knob to high, med or low or to off. I find that the noise level is very low even on High. I leave it on the High setting in the bedroom. It's less noisy than the small a/c I have in the window. Very easy to move it around in any room. Just pick it up and place it where you want it. I would recommend this product to anyone. I purchased it on March 13, 2012 and received it on the 17th. No set up. Unpack it, plug it in then turn it on. The air is now so fresh in the whole apartment.

•   Jenn - 12/11/11 17:39 pm I have had this air cleaner for about 3 weeks now and it works great! It is very quite on the middle and low settings. The high setting is a little loud, but I only use that over night or if I am heading out during the day. I have 4 dogs and this cleaner has really helped me. I also noticed less dust in my family room...bonus!!!
  I will also add that the 1st cleaner I got was broken out of the box. I called Whirlpool and they told me they would replace it, but I had to pay to ship it back and it would take another 2-3 weeks to get a new cleaner. The girl at Whirlpool was very rude, but I called National Allergy and spoke with a supervisor named Judy and she was VERY helpful!!! She shipped me a new system that day, overnight and contacted me a few days later to schedule a FedEx home pick-up for the broken cleaner. I was very happy with National Allergy customer service!
  I plan on getting another one for my bedroom this week!

•   Marianne - 3/29/11 9:30 am My order came very quickly and the product was extremely easy to set up, just unpack and plug in. GREAT! So far my husband has experienced some relief since using this product and I've noticed not only less snoring at night, we have it in our bedroom, but the room isn't as dusty either. So far we're very pleased.

•   moselle - 8/30/10 20:39 pm Works great. Quiet. The air is cleaner. My boyfriend can walk through the house without getting into an asthma attack. My cat also has allergies. I plug in the air cleaner and there is a huge improvement. I like how I can put it against the wall and the clean air comes out on top. I am so glad I got this cleaner and the other products as well.
