Now there's an alternative to washing your bedding in extra-hot water. Just one and one-half (1 1/2) tablespoons of de Mite laundry additive in hot, warm or cold water will eliminate dust mite allergen in your bedding or clothing. Regular detergent alone won't solve the mite problem in your laundry, but the active ingredients in de Mite laundry additive eliminate the allergen with each wash. Give your bedding and clothes a break from hot water washing and still solve the dust mite problem with de Mite!

The smell is not strong, but we did run a second rinse to make sure it was all out after it did it's job of killing the mites.
