A simple and basic environmental control for any room, this high-grade polyester vent liner removes the dust coming out of the duct work. House dust is loaded with invisible allergens that find their way into your room from other areas of the house via the duct work. This electrostatic vent air filter media is made of different size fibers to attract different size particles for optimum filtration.

In just a few weeks, you'll see plenty of trapped dust, dirt and lint you might have otherwise inhaled if it wasn't for the DustChek vent liner.
The vent air filter media is much better and more economical than other methods such as cheesecloth or gauze.
The DustChek vent liner also help to improve the performance of room air cleaners.
Adding a high efficiency Furnace Filter to your system will also help greatly in keeping the air clean in your home.
You may also want to consider treating your vent air filter with our filter spray by Goodmorning which will neutralize mold spores if they pass through the media.

Instructions

To install, simply cut the vent air filter media to the size of the incoming air vents in your bedroom and attach onto the installation strip that is included with the kit.

We recommend that you only cover a few vents in your home with a vent liner, as to not strain your forced air system.

Specifications

The DustChek kit includes a roll of vent air filter material 16 inches wide by 5 feet long and comes complete with a 30" installation strip. On a normal size register, this should be enough vent air filter material for twelve monthly changes. Additional installation strips are available above.

Jenny - 11/4/12 18:36 pm I've used this brand vent filter material for many years. It lets me cut just the size I need for each vent. It's definitely trapping air pollution because the filters are light gray to dark gray when I change them. I usually change them twice a year.

Styles - 9/3/12 10:32 am Two reasons for me to love these filters. 1 - When I change them, you can see all the dust that has been trapped (color change on the backside). 2 - The amount of dust in my home has dropped dramatically.
