Nasaline® Nasal Irrigator is a gentle, easy-to-use, nasal irrigation device, designed by a team of Swedish physicians. Directions for Use:

Please see Owner's Manual tab for full instructions on using and cleaning Nasaline®.

General:

  • Nasaline is very easy to use. Simply follow the instructions and experience drug-free relief from everyday nasal and sinus ailments.
  • It is recommended to use sterile, distilled, filtered (0.2 micron filter) or previously boiled water (cooled to lukewarm, room or body temperature) in irrigation devices to prevent the introduction of impurities into the nasal and sinus passages.
  • All 3 parts to the irrigator should be washed in warm water after each rinsing session and allowed to air dry. To prolong its life, we recommend that you do not scrub the plunger tip or use soap to clean it - just rinse it lightly with some water. If you would prefer to use soap, use a mild dishwashing detergent.
  • Be sure to put the plunger back into the cylinder after use, as this will keep the black plunger tip from swelling. If the plunger does not easily slide back into the chamber, put a drop of olive oil on the plunger's black rubber ring.
  • Nasaline can be used by anyone 4 years of age or older. Children ages 4 to 12 should only use Nasaline with parental supervision.

  1. I like the product. Review by Ellen

I have used this product for a number of years. it is the only one I have found that successfully irrigates the nasal passages with the prescription solution I use to help reduce sinus infections. I like the product. However, it "swells up" after about a year and needs to be replaced. It does not always work well as a syringe and I now pour the solution into the top of the syringe (with a finger over the hole at the bottom) and then insert the plunger. This works really well. I have used this product for over 7 years. I have severe seasonal allergies and went from taking 100 dollars per month prescription meds to zero. I used to get sick every 2-3 months due to sinus infections, colds & the flu, which caused me to miss a lot of work. I use it twice a day every day and have not been sick since using Nasaline. I LOVE IT!!! (Posted on 5/4/13)

I've used this product for years at the first sign of a sinus infection and during allergy season. It's saved me from having to take antibiotics. I've recommended it to others and I like it so much, I'm getting another one. Easy, fast, inexpensive and most importantly effective! (Posted on 9/17/11)

My husband and I own this product and use it at the first sign of a cold or allergy. We both love it. It works better than most nasal irrigation systems because it applies pressure and forces the mucus through. This allows for easy breathing fast. We have misplaced ours before and were lost without it! I highly recommend it. (Posted on 10/2/10)
