National Allergy takes your privacy very seriously and has a very strict policy in place. Since inception, we have guarded the information supplied by each and every person as confidential. We have never rented, sold, given or distributed any information from our databases to any third parties. If this policy were to ever change specific permission would have to be granted from those parties whose personal information we have stored.

All information that has been collected has been given to us voluntarily by our customers for the purpose of fulfilling orders placed with us. This information includes name, billing address, shipping address, and credit card information. We also ask for other optional pieces of information like e-mail address, patient name, and physician's name and address in order to enhance customer experience. All information given to us is stored in secure databases.

We believe that customers who have ordered from us have an interest in receiving our catalog, e-mail newsletters, or other literature about products and/or services offered by National Allergy. On occasion, we may become involved in a marketing alliance with a like-minded company where we may offer their product or service to you. If these alliances occur, we will continue to retain all customer information without sharing it with a third party. We track where a guest enters our site, what pages they view while with us, and how long they stay both on the site and on each page viewed. We also track which websites refer guests to our site. All this anonymous information helps us improve the content of our site to better serve you.
